All items are dispatched by An Post Standard Post.

Dyslexia Dublin will generally dispatch items on the next working day after ordering, unless an item is special order.

Occasionally, should there an issue with a particular product (such as an unforeseen delay in dispatch) the customer will be contacted immediately with full details.  Dyslexia Dublin, however, does endeavour to ensure that this situation rarely, if ever, happens as we strive to provide a fast and efficient delivery to our customers.


Payment/Credit Accounts:

Generally items are paid for prior to dispatch, ie. by debit/credit card on our website.

If an individual wishes to pay by cheque, having ticked ‘cheque payment’ at checkout, items will not be dispatched until cheque has been received.

However, for Schools/Institutions, orders are dispatched with Invoice attached.  Payment terms are by cheque/bank transfer within 30 days of Invoice Date.
